The pitman arm connects to the steering bar, ok I think it is drag link, is there a joint that can wear out? Jeep with a Rubicon Express suspension, track bar, using a drop pitman arm. It looks like there is too much play or movement with the bolt that connects these 2 parts when the steering wheel is turned.

I did it to help keep the tie rod from hitting the drag link's bolt in the pittman. And it took only a few more turns of drag link length adjustment to keep the same steering center.

In other words, if you grabbed the drag link with your hand, you can roll it slightly back & forth around its long axis. I also noticed you have a dropped Pitman arm which will cause bump.
